After filing an impression of the tooth is made with a digital scanner or a type of putty. This impression will be sent to a dental lab where the crown will be constructed, and usually ends up back at Dr. Galliano’s in two or three weeks. After the crown is received, Dr. Galliano will match it to your tooth to make sure everything is correct and permanently cement your new crown. After that you’re all done!
